In relation to the new features added in the system like 1. Sending the VL request form to CPHL 2. Integration of ALIS and EMR 3. DSDM categorization 4. SMS among others

I request that the holds a 2 to 3 hours orientation on the new features as well as distribution of guidance or SOP for the new features
