Kindly support; I was trying to start EMR and it brought a bean factory error

So there was no openmrs-runtime.properties file in the Uganda EMR tomcat folder. I went to the ApplicationData\Openmrs and copied it, pasted it in the UgandaEMR tomcat folder.
