After installing the fingerprint software and configuration, the scanner does not work as expected. Instead of capturing the fingerprints, it displays “Finger print enrollment” This has happened on 2 facilities, the rest are fine, meaning its not a problem with syntax, it could be a mysql or JDBC connection problem.
Attached is the error i found in the “fingerprintrun” screen, probably you may interprete it better.
