Hello @jls, kindly run this script in MySQL on the Openmrs database and restart the server. ALTER TABLE htmlformentry_html_form CONVERT TO CHARACTER SET UTF8; ALTER TABLE serialized_object CONVERT TO CHARACTER SET UTF8;
