Implementing Patient flags In UgandaEMR

Hello,
Hope everyone is doing great. Am sharif openmrs, Have been working on patient flags and i would like to inquire if ugandaEMR is implementing flags. This came to me when am taking a research of how basically flags work in openmrs related implementations. For patient flags in openmrs, they seem not to give me exactly what am looking for ,perhaps you can give me more of glimpse cc @slubwama olemabrothers
