Missing Information on HTS client card

Dear team I am running EMR version 3.3.7 but some concepts are missing out on HTS client tool such as “do you agree to have blood drawn for recency” and “HIV Recency Test Result”

I have tried to run concept dictionary but still the same
how do I overcome it

Dear @Herman1

    Then follow these steps

       - Login EMR 
       - Click Legacy System Administration 
      - Then click settings under Maintenance 
      - On the left hand side click on UgandaEMR among the list just below Timezone.
      - Look for "Hts Recency" then besides this there is an entry field with false change it true
       - Click save and you will be sorted.
