I have a site doing entries for new patients however I have never seen such an error as the attached

when confirming the patient.

I have updated them to the latest version EMR 3.3.7.

@mowor is it possible to share your tomcat log files and we look into what exactly is happening

@mowor could this challenge have been addressed, if so, please share steps. if not kindly share the Tom-cat log files
