we are entering maternity forms but we are getting this error.The discharge date cant be before the date of admission
Ideally the ideal is that before you’re discharged from maternity you should have finished your encounter or medication.
I understand that we can have mothers discharged and then report daily after for routine check now while this happens at facilities, that’s not the guidance
Hence you have to first finish your visits and then be discharged out
