We have a challenge with Uganda EMR at Bwera Hospital in Kasese District where the triage nurse sees all the EMR modules, making it almost impossible to run POC the right way.

The other challenge that we are facing is that no User can open/edit the clinical assessment page except the system admin. this has also left us to do respective data entry for ART using one account.

The system we are running is Uganda EMR version 3.4.1 alpha though this happened 5 months after upgrading 3.4.1.
