1.Been trying to use the POC module at the clinician point but apparently once patience are seen they dont dissapear from the dashboard.
2. Send patients to the Lab they cannot go
3. No validation messages on saving the forms at the clinician side and sending of patient as the button just becomes inactive but the patient would have gone.

Do you mean the seen patients don’t move to the seen queue?

How are you sending patients to the lab and from what point of service? If you are working with the clinician, ensure that you request for investigation eg CD4, VL etc before you save the form. The system will automatically send a request to the lab queue.

This is not clear, the validation message will appear if there is a failed validation check. Were you referring to the information pop-up of successful data submission? If so, ensure you have an updated browser and you might want to try out other web browsers. Also, ensure your users have the right POC roles.
