Updating the art start date inthe emr

We have clients without ART start dates whom we have tried to update but the system doesn’t allow to save and update.Files that date back earlier than 2017 are the ones affected .This has affected our data modeling hence difficulties faced in obtaining accurate data sets for analysis.

How can we go about this?

Any chance you can share a screenshot of the error or what happens?

We also got the same issue for clients who do not start ART at the same date as enrolled eg TB Clients who have to initiate ART after 2 weeks from Enrolment. We had to give them enrolment date as initiation date.
